Zahava Rose

Zahava Rose is a trauma-informed Women’s Health Teacher, Educator, and Founder of The Rose School, dedicated to guiding girls and women into deeper connection with their cycles, bodies, and intuitive wisdom. With an MA in Education and over a decade of personal study across diverse healing modalities, Zahava weaves together science, somatics, and spirit to restore remembrance of body sovereignty. Through The Rose School, she has brought international workshops and 1:1 offerings across 7 countries, teaching menstrual cycle awareness, natural fertility, reproductive health, and archetypal frameworks for embodiment and conscious evolution. Her work supports cyclical beings of all ages to reconnect with their inner rhythms through evidence-based education, somatic practices, and rites of passage.
Beyond her focus on reproductive health, Zahava’s background spans meditation, tantra, yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, intimacy, and nervous system regulation.
