The Vetting process

How We Keep it all in Trusted Hands

Moonmoons is built on integrity, responsibility, and care. The practitioners in our network are not chosen lightly — they are chosen through a process rooted in our guiding principles, the backbone of our ethos.

Our vetting process includes:

A WRITTEN APPLICATION

A series of reflective questions that help us understand your path, training, lived experience, and how you show up in your work.

review by our vetting commitee

A small circle of trusted elders who assess each application with discernment and respect.

A CONVERSAtION

If aligned, we invite you to a short call — a final moment to meet each other, feel the fit, and ask any questions.

We look for:

  • Humility & self-awareness

  • Trauma-awareness and relational responsibility

  • Professionalism, clear boundaries, and ethical holding

  • Reverence for lineage, land, and cultural context

  • A commitment to lifelong learning (even in mastery)

  • A grounded, non-inflated relationship to influence

  • Embodiment over aesthetics and performance

We also understand that practitioners are human beings, always growing — so we look for consistency in practice, not perfection.

Only those who align with our ethos and demonstrate integrity in both belief and lived practice are invited into the Moonmoons network.
