THE NETWORK
Nanjing Deng
Nanjing Deng is a voice and sound healer, energy worker, and cultural bridge-builder whose mission is to reconnect people with the ancient wisdom that lives within each of us. Raised between rural China and Germany, Nanjing learned early how to move between cultures, identities, and worlds — an experience that shaped her calling to unite Eastern and Western ways of healing. Her work centers on sound, the sacred voice, and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, guiding individuals to express the truth of their soul and remember their innate power.
Through singing, energy work, acupressure, and intuitive touch, Nanjing creates healing experiences that support emotional release, ancestral connection, and deep inner alignment. Her path has been shaped by following the medicine of her heart — from becoming a young restaurant owner known for singing to co-founding Urban Greens, a plant-based wellness brand rooted in community and mental health. Her journey of motherhood and global exploration continues to inform her practice, drawing from Indigenous traditions and ancestral teachings.
Nanjing’s purpose is to empower others to reclaim their voice, reconnect with their roots, and remember the joy and curiosity that naturally flow through a liberated soul.
Heidrun Troendle
Heidrun Troendle holds open, intuitive spaces devoted to presence, resonance, and nervous system regulation. Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body doesn’t always need more effort or explanation — sometimes it needs frequency, stillness, and a safe field to soften back into itself. Rather than following a fixed program, Heidrun’s sessions unfold organically, guided by what is alive in the moment and what the collective field is asking for.
At the center of her practice are the gongs — not as instruments, but as portals of resonance shaped by elemental and cosmic forces. Through the process of co-creating two gongs from raw metal, Heidrun entered a deep relationship with vibration, time, and sound as a threshold between body and cosmos, matter and space. Her work invites participants into an experience of resonance that is not only heard, but deeply felt — supporting the release of tension, the unwinding of habitual fight-or-flight patterns, and a return to inner spaciousness and clarity.
Whether you are seeking quiet companionship, a sound-based reset, or space for deeper inner exploration, you are welcome exactly as you are — without expectation or pressure. Heidrun’s sessions are held with care, allowing presence and connection to arise naturally, and offering the nervous system a rare opportunity to rest, reorganize, and remember what it feels like to be supported from within.
Simply come as you are.

Isabella Gorny
Isabella Gorny is a breathwork practitioner, embodiment facilitator, and artist devoted to helping individuals reconnect with their emotional truth, somatic wisdom, and innate capacity for healing. Rooted in over a decade within the contemporary art world, her transition into healing work was born from a profound need to come home to her body and honor the vulnerable, tender parts of herself that had been set aside in pursuit of achievement.
Isabella's path into somatic healing began as a calling. Trained in Clarity Breathwork™ and Fluentbody™, she discovered breath and movement as medicine—tools that opened previously inaccessible places in her heart and allowed her to explore the stories held within her body. Through conscious breathing, she learned to access the subconscious and release what no longer served her. Through movement, she uncovered patterns, sensations, and the body's language beyond words. These personal transformations continue to shape her practice: she creates safe, ceremonial spaces where clients can meet themselves with compassion, curiosity, and presence.
Her sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied self-awareness. Isabella works one-on-one and with groups both online and in person, intuitively weaving breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and creative expression into each journey. Art and creativity are central to her approach—whether through voice, movement, or hands-on exploration—honoring the understanding that healing and creative expression are deeply intertwined. Each session is tailored to the client's current state, intentions, and readiness for transformation—honoring their unique rhythm and inner intelligence.
With training in Clarity Breathwork™, Fluentbody™ facilitation, Meditation and Hatha yoga, Systemic Coaching, and a creative practice rooted in ceramics, Isabella brings a multidimensional approach to healing. Her deepest wish is to create spaces where vulnerability becomes the gateway to true empowerment, where the body is remembered as the wisest guide, and where creativity is honored as an essential pathway home.Bio Text default
Benjamin Sho Okamoto
Benjamin Sho Okamoto blends Reiki with sound energy work to create deeply restorative sessions that support alignment across the physical, emotional, and etheric bodies. Through the gentle flow of Reiki energy and the grounding vibrations of the Didgeridoo, his work invites profound relaxation, release of blockages, and a reconnection to one’s inner clarity and light. His mission is to help people understand the root causes of pain and imbalance—physical, emotional, and ancestral—and to bring resolution through energy desensitization, shamanic process work, and a renewed relationship with nature and its cycles.
Known artistically as Boto, Ben also carries a rich background as a performer, musician, drag artist, and movement facilitator. His teachings centre on heart-based consciousness, joy, and embodied pleasure, drawing inspiration from ancient technologies of sound, Kundalini energy, and the expressive freedom of the Berlin rave scene. He is the creator of Pyramid Party, Berlin’s first heart-based conscious techno rave, a space designed to elevate individual and collective vibration through ritual, sexuality, movement, and deep energetic activation.
Whether through Reiki, sound, or Kundalini energy, Ben’s work guides individuals into states of presence, empowerment, and emotional coherence—supporting healing that is both transformative and joyfully embodied.
James Zijian Pan
James Zijian Pan is a Master of Chinese Medicine carrying a family lineage of over 300 years in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Raised in his parents’ TCM practice, he learned acupuncture, sound therapy, and classical healing methods from childhood, later weaving these roots with his studies in music, art, and ancient philosophy. His mission is simple and profound: to help people see that living itself is a continuous process of self-healing.
James practices an integrative form of TCM that includes acupuncture, Chinese sound healing, gua sha, and cupping. His treatments, part of a lineage recognized by the Chinese Ministry of TCM as National Intangible Cultural Heritage, are particularly effective for chronic and acute pain, emotional imbalances, and long-standing energetic stagnation. He approaches each session with quiet depth, blending clinical precision with the intuitive understanding passed down through generations.
Guided by mystic insight, James views life and death as two sides of the same water surface — one a leap into air, the other a return to the great stream of universal love. His work invites clients into that gentle, spacious wisdom: a reminder that the body’s natural intelligence is always moving toward wholeness.
Luciano Alberto
Luciano Alberto is an astrologer whose work invites a deeper, more evocative relationship with life through the symbolic language of the sky. Trained at CASA XI School of Astrology, he approaches astrology as a living, unfolding dialogue — one that bridges art, psychology, poetry, and the intimate mysteries of being human. His mission is to pay attention, to discover life anew through each chart, and to create spaces where presence, curiosity, and revelation naturally arise.
In his practice, Luciano guides clients into the rich symbolic code of their birth chart, helping them explore the tensions, potentials, lights, and shadows that shape their lived story. Sessions are crafted as collaborative inquiries rather than prescriptive interpretations: an artisanal, intuitive process that allows questions to open rather than rush toward answers. Through evocative imagery and reflective conversation, he supports clients in understanding their sun, moon, rising, and deeper planetary patterns as gateways into self-knowledge and emotional clarity.
Each session is an invitation to feel more deeply that we are part of a living cosmos — an intelligence that moves through us and reveals itself through symbolic patterns. Luciano’s work helps clients reconnect with meaning, imagination, and the unfolding mystery of their unique path.
Alexander von Hausen
Alexander von Hausen is a psychosomatic therapist, shamanic practitioner, and lecturer in Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals toward peace in body, mind, and soul. His work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with modern diagnostic understanding, helping clients uncover the deeper emotional and ancestral roots of physical pain and chronic symptoms. Alexander’s mission is to reconnect people with the rhythms of nature and the ancestral knowledge that supports healing, transformation, and inner balance.
Each session begins with a clear, rational exploration of what the body is expressing through discomfort or illness. Using applied kinesiology, he assesses the functional connections between muscles, organs, vertebrae, the nervous system, and acupuncture alarm points to identify energetic blockages and psycho-emotional imprints. Treatment often unfolds through systemic and family constellation work, supported by techniques drawn from TCM, osteopathy, sound therapy, and voice work. This holistic approach clarifies, desensitizes, and releases long-held patterns, allowing the body to unwind and return to coherence.
Alexander’s work supports the resolution of pain, the healing of family conflicts, and the restoration of vitality through reconnection with nature, seasonal cycles, and ancestral teachings. His sessions offer a profound path back to inner peace and embodied clarity.
Christina Koranteng
Christina Koranteng is an attachment coach and energy worker whose practice centers on the understanding that the body holds stories long before the mind can name them. Through TTC (Talking to the Chakras) and intuitive energy work, she helps clients access the subtle field where emotional imprints, patterns, and old narratives live — the unseen layers that shape how we move, feel, and relate. Her work gently supports the release of restrictions stored in the body, creating more space for authenticity, ease, and emotional freedom.
A TTC session begins with intention-setting and open conversation, followed by energetic activation through light touch along the spine. As the unwinding process begins, Christina guides clients in moving stuck energy, processing emotions, and softening protective patterns without needing to relive past experiences. The work supports physical pain relief, improved flexibility, allergy reduction, spinal health, emotional resilience, and deeper self-awareness.
Sessions conclude with reflection and personalized integration guidance. Christina holds space with warmth and clarity, helping clients navigate post-session sensitivity, emotional emergence, and energetic shifts with presence and self-compassion. Her mission is to support others in reconnecting with their truth and releasing the stories that have kept them small — so they can move through life with more clarity, openness, and embodied confidence.
Helen Workneh
Helen Workneh is a dedicated yoga teacher whose journey began at age sixteen, when she discovered a book on yoga that opened the door to a profound inner peace. Since then, yoga has remained her anchor and her path. Helen is trained in 300h Jivamukti Yoga and has completed 500 hours of mentorship with Anja Kühnel, grounding her teaching in both technical precision and soulful inquiry. Her private sessions are fully tailored to the individual—whether the intention is to build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, or explore the spiritual dimensions of practice.
Working 1:1, Helen offers detailed guidance, hands-on or verbal adjustments, and a supportive space to slow down and deepen awareness. Each session adapts to the student’s needs: from alignment-focused workshops and safe exploration of inversions to restorative breathwork and somatic connection. Beyond the physical, Helen invites those who are curious to explore meditation, philosophy, and the more subtle layers of yoga.
Her own practice integrates meditation, gratitude, dance, Jivamukti, yin yoga, and strength training—reflecting her belief that balance, not rigidity, is the foundation of well-being. Helen’s teaching meets each student exactly where they are, offering clarity, curiosity, and meaningful growth.
Tom Wennerstrand
Tom Wennerstrand is a Hypnotherapist whose work focuses on self-healing through hypnosis, theta meditation, and deep subconscious exploration. Tom’s approach is gentle, meditative, and deeply restorative — creating a space where spiritual insight, emotional release, and inner balance naturally unfold.
His mission is to help individuals reconnect with the divine within, bringing awareness to the non-physical dimensions of consciousness and the infinite, organic source of self-healing available to all. Tom’s work often includes past-life regression and entity removal, offering a unique window into the soul’s evolution, the continuity of consciousness, and the profound wisdom held in lives-between-lives.
What he loves most is witnessing the clarity his clients reclaim as they realign with their inner source. His sessions cultivate peace, deep coherence, and a renewed sense of purpose — reminding each person that healing is innate, intuition is trustworthy, and the spirit is never alone.
