TCM in China
A journey into the living heart of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
From the vibrant energy of Shenzhen to the quiet peaks of Luofu Mountain, this 10-day immersion invites you to study directly with a TCM Master, practice inside an active Buddhist temple, and experience ancient medicine within its true cultural lineage.
With Master Liu Wen, you’ll move through qigong, herbal medicine, breath-led grounding, and lineage-based temple practices shaped by centuries of TCM wisdom.
Bloom Retreat
A sacred retreat to reclaim your first bleed, restore trust in the body, and remember your cyclical power — through embodied ritual, menstrual re-education, and deep rest.
Held one hour north of Lisbon, in the wild and fertile landscape of central Portugal, BLOOM is an intimate four-day immersion devoted to menstrual wisdom, feminine embodiment, and remembrance.
This retreat brings together the science of the menstrual cycle and the energetics of feminine ritual — a space where education meets embodiment, and where the body is honored as an intelligent, cyclical guide rather than something to manage or override.
Through somatic movement, breathwork, ritual, storytelling, and rest, BLOOM invites you back into relationship with your cycle — not as a problem to fix, but as a source of clarity, creativity, and inner authority.
This is a space for those seeking to reconnect with their body, reproductive health, fertility, intimacy, and creative power — held gently, safely, and in deep sisterhood.
A Sidereal Astrology Workshop
In times of uncertainty, humans have always looked to the sky.
This immersive, beginner-friendly workshop invites you into the ancient roots of astrology — not as prediction, but as remembrance. Through Kemetic and Vedic lenses, we will explore Sidereal astrology, the original star-based system used for millennia to understand time, fate, and the soul’s orientation in the cosmos.
Together, we’ll revisit the foundations of astrology as practiced in ancient Kemet (Egypt), where celestial observation was inseparable from spirituality, cosmology, and daily life. Long before the Tropical system took hold through colonization, Sidereal astrology offered a precise, embodied map of one’s relationship to the universe.
This gathering offers space to reclaim these ancestral frameworks — while learning how to read your own birth chart with clarity, confidence, and cultural context.
Led by two Moonmoons practitioners, ancestral sidereal astrologer Christina Willis and artist and meditation teacher Javier García Sánchez, the afternoon will unfold with depth, accessibility, and care.
The Moon in Astrology Workshop
The Moon is not only a celestial body — she is the keeper of memory, emotion, and rhythm. She moves the tides of the ocean, and in turn, the tides within us.
Held inside the intimate, art-filled space of Volume Berlin, this five-hour workshop invites you into a deeper relationship with the Moon as she lives in your body, your psyche, and your personal astrology. Through guided meditation, astrological insight, shared reflection, and sound, the afternoon unfolds as a slow descent into the subconscious — and a gentle return.
Led by astrologer Luciano Alberto and sound healer Nanjing Deng, the experience weaves together theory and felt experience, intellect and intuition, stillness and resonance.
Reclaiming Rest Retreat
Rest is a radical return to yourself — a devotion to softness in a world that rarely allows it.
Held inside the warm, art-filled space of Volume Berlin, this immersive one-day retreat invites you to redefine rest through movement, sensuality, and somatic exploration. Over eight nourishing hours, you’ll slow down, soften your system, and meet your body with curiosity, pleasure, and presence.
Facilitators Christina Koranteng and Cleo King will guide you through TTC energy work, embodiment, breathwork, sensual activation, co-regulation practices, and creative exploration — offering a grounded, playful, and deeply restorative experience.
An Afternoon of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this mini-retreat was designed to support balance across mind, body, and spirit — meeting each participant where they were.
Guided by James Pan and Nanjing Deng, two seasoned practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine and sound therapy, the experience invited participants into both learning and receiving. Ancient practices were shared in an accessible, contemporary way, offering tools that could be carried into everyday life.
Across the afternoon, participants moved through a carefully curated flow of practice, education, and rest — allowing space for insight, release, and deep nourishment.
